Exhibition Space Proposals!

Today we had to put forward our ideas for what our final exhibition spaces will look like. We needed to show 2 possible designs that are in different shaped exhibition spaces.

Final cushion done!

I've just finished my final cushion for FMP! now to make a table runner and decal crockery!

More canvases!

Canvases!

Ive just made my first three canvases! (hopefully printing the next three tomorrow!) I really like how these have turned out and think there a really nice size for small pattern displays!

I love decal paper!

I just had a quick go using waterslide decal paper and I love the result! I am definatly going to be using this technique for my final pieces! ...

Ive just finished my first screen printed cushion for my fmp! again the colours a bit dodgy in the finished photo but the colours are more clear in the first photo!

Second cushion made!

Ive just finished my second cushion for my FMP instilation! It also features an appliqued pattern and I used a bobble trim for the edging! (sorry for the bad photo the colours seem to be too bright for my camera!)

First Strip of Bunting done!

After hours at the printing table double printing everything I have finally finished printing all of my bunting and have made the first strand! .... not a nicely staged photo I'm afraid but shows the lovely bunting!

Busy, Busy, Busy!

So as FMP continues and the deadline gets closer and closer I have been busy filling my sketchbook, experimenting and even made my first final piece! heres a bit of what I've been up too! ... (sorry the photos are all weird angles I had trouble uploading them!)
